Introduction : Les bénéfices de l'activité physique de loisir au quotidien chez la femme enceinte ne sont plus à démontrer. Malgré les nombreuses études ayant mis en avant l'impact positif en matière de prévention materno-fœtale, moins de 25% des parturientes suivraient les recommandations actuelles, principalement par peur et manque d'informations de la part des professionnels de santé les accompagnant. Face à cette constatation, nous avons choisi de nous intéresser au ressenti et à l'expérience des sages-femmes et des médecins généralistes du Doubs quant à la pratique d'une activité physique au cours de la grossesse, afin de répondre à la problématique : « Le message transmis par les professionnels de santé est-il le même concernant l'activité physique au cours de la grossesse ? » - Matériel et méthode : Il s'agissait d'une étude qualitative par la réalisation d'entretiens semi-directifs. Elle a été menée entre février 2019 et mars 2020 auprès de 9 sages-femmes libérales installées dans le Doubs. - Résultats : La grande majorité des sages-femmes porte un grand intérêt pour notre sujet et s'accorde pour décrire spontanément les bénéfices. Elles y dédient systématiquement un temps pour accompagner de façon adaptée leurs patientes. Elles ressentent cependant une impression de manque d'appui scientifique ressource et d'échange pluri-professionnel. La création d'une nouvelle forme de préparation à la naissance est soulevée. - Discussion : Malgré des approches différentes selon les protagonistes, tous les professionnels de santé s'accordent sur l'intérêt du sujet, regrettent le manque de recommandations, qui s'avèrent méconnues, et souhaitent améliorer la communication pluriprofessionnelle afin de permettre un meilleur accompagnement des patientes. - Conclusion : Cette étude a permis de croiser le regard entre deux professions étant amenées à suivre des grossesses. Une des pistes soulevées par notre travail serait la création de focus groupes pluri-professionnels.

These guidelines address persisting pain in children caused by conditions such as cancer, HIV/AIDS, sickle-cell disease, burns, trauma, and phantom limb pain.
