Los embarazos en adolescentes en Ciudad Juarez Chihuahua, Mexico ocurren con gran incidencia sobre todo en jovencitas de 12 a 16 anos, cuando se encuentran cursando la educacion basica; por lo que su embarazo se considera de alto riesgo ya que pone en peligro su salud y del feto, por lo que el personal de Enfermeria debe ser competente en conocimientos, habilidades y destrezas para brindar atencion adecuada y oportuna. La enfermeria perinatal se ha convertido en un campo de practica especializado en el que cada profesional de enfermeria debe actualizarse continuamente a fin de brindar atencion al binomio madre-hijo con cuidados eficientes de calidad y con calidez incluyendo al entorno familiar basandose en las Normas Oficiales Mexicanas para la atencion perinatal. En algunos casos aparte de cursar con un embarazo de alto riesgo se pueden presentar diversas complicaciones como placenta previa, desprendimiento prematuro de placenta, hemorragias de la primera y segunda mitad del embarazo que exacerban la ocurrencia de emergencias obstetricas y por lo que es relevante y necesaria la participacion de los profesionales de enfermeria ante estas situaciones y evitar grandes riesgos.

This book explores in depth the relation between physical activity and cancer control, including primary prevention, coping with treatments, recovery after treatments, long-term survivorship, secondary prevention, and survival. The first part of the book presents the most recent research on the impact of physical activity in preventing a range of cancers. In the second part, the association between physical activity and cancer survivorship is addressed. The effects of physical activity on supportive care endpoints (e.g., quality of life, fatigue, physical functioning) and disease endpoints (e.g., biomarkers, recurrence, survival) are carefully analyzed. In addition, the determinants of physical activity in cancer survivors are discussed, and behavior change strategies for increasing physical activity in cancer survivors are appraised.
