Baldwin Ship Channel, California. Test protocols from the Corps' Management Strategy for Disposal of Dredged Material were used in the present evaluation to determine the potential for migration of contaminants into the effluent, surface runoff, leachates, plants, and animals at an undetermined upland disposal site.
