Por lo tanto, el artículo entra en la psique del ser humano con los procesos inconscientes y la percepción del cambio climático. A continuación se discute la influencia humana en el sistema climático así como los procesos físicos, los factores y el impacto medioambiental del calentamiento global. Además, en el artículo se habla de los ganadores y perdedores del cambio climático y se analiza los modelos climáticos para el futuro. París, diciembre 2015 – la conferencia de las Naciones Unidas sobre el cambio climático acababa de terminar y por la primera vez 195 estados llegaron a un acuerdo de luchar contra el calentamiento global al comprometerse con participar financieramente. Este acuerdo fue una señal revolucionaria que marcó nuevos rumbos. Nunca antes se había notado tan entusiasmo en cuanto a la protección común del clima global. No obstante, este giro en la política mundial no es la solución definitiva para impedir o terminar el calentamiento de la tierra, sino el Acuerdo de París solo es otro paso, al lado de la Convención Marco de Naciones Unidas sobre Cambio Climático (CMNUCC) de 1992 y del Protocolo de Kioto de 1997, o sea, solo es un nuevo lanzamiento de un proceso largo e incierto, un proceso que afectará el futuro de varias generaciones.

Anthropogenic activities, such as fossil fuel consumption and other activities focused on enhancing economic growth, have been identified as the main drivers of changes in the environment that defy planetary boundaries. It has significant social impacts and magnifies existing inequalities such as the disparity between women and men in their vulnerability and ability to cope with this global phenomenon. For the first time in the republican history of Peru, the presidential transition takes place in democracy, social peace, fast economic growth and favorable world markets. In other words, there has never been a better chance to build a different Peru - a richer country, more equal and governable. There are multiple ways to achieve that goal. New reforms must stem from a widespread and participatory debate, one of a common vision conceived for and by Peruvians. This book aims at making a technical and independent contribution to such debate; it summarizes the knowledge available about the challenges to be faced by the new administration. The study does not recommend silver bullets, but suggests policy options. It is based on the analysis of the current reality and in six decades of relationships with Peru, in which the Bank has implemented more than 100 projects and prepared more than 500 technical reports covering the wide range of development topics. When necessary, the study provides lessons that the Bank has learned elsewhere. The study provides a conceptual framework to the analysis of the country's 34 economic sectors and the two historical perspectives behind them. In doing so, it offers a comprehensive reform agenda that sheds light on possible priorities and courses of action.
