The Academy of Urbanism was founded in 2006 with a mission to recognise, encourage and celebrate great places across the UK, Europe and beyond, and the people and organisations that create and sustain them. It considers the question of whether Elegant Raines's bigger prize is the world's heavyweight championship or something outside the ring more violent than boxing and its reward.
