Introduction : Le développement des maisons ou pôles de santé pluri-professionnels pourraient permettre de répondre à l'évolution de la société quant aux problèmes de santé et à la volonté des professionnels médicaux d'exercer leur métier autrement. Objectifs : L'objectif est d'étudier les avantages à exercer dans ces structures pour les médecins généralistes. Matériel et méthodes : Une recherche qualitative a été conduite par des entretiens semidirectifs auprès de médecins généralistes en Poitou-Charentes et en France. L'analyse été effectuée par deux chercheurs avec le logiciel NVIVO. La saturation des données a été atteinte après 13 entretiens. Résultats : Ce mode d'exercice améliore les conditions de travail, la qualité des soins ainsi que la qualité de vie des professionnels de santé. Les actions de santé publique y sont facilitées. Le travail en équipe pluri-professionnelle enrichit la pratique des acteurs de soins. Les médecins y acquièrent plus de compétences. Les maisons de santé peuvent être un moyen de lutter contre la désertification médicale en offrant un outil pouvant séduire de jeunes professionnels de santé. Elles permettent aux médecins d'avoir un rôle d'enseignement universitaire. Il existe des inconvénients, notamment la gestion administrative lourde de ces structures, mais au regard des aspects positifs, cela peut paraître secondaire. Conclusion : Les maîtres mots de l'exercice en maison ou pôle de santé sont : coordination, collaboration, travail en équipe, projet de santé. Les possibilités d'améliorer les soins primaires sont nombreuses. Les maisons et pôles de santé en sont un des éléments.

Water is vital for life, and its availability has been a concern for mankind throughout the ages. Its presence has always been ascertained in a variety of ways and the development of human society everywhere is connected with various forms of water management. Man also needed to manage water to find protection from its dangers and the need for that is increasing. In the coming decades, the impact of climate change is expected to intensify floods and droughts, affect groundwater resources, raise sea levels, increase pollution and enhance the frequency and magnitude of disasters. Societies around the world are challenged to adapt to these threats to ensure water security, economic prosperity and environmental and cultural sustainability. This book deals with the heritage of water management and the use that was made of water, as well as the impact of water management on heritage. The dating of this manuscript should be accepted with considerable reserve; it bears a clearly legible "1474," although it seems most unlikely that any reference to an Order occurred before the Bull of 1493 or that any Rule appeared in French before the Founder's visit to Louis XI in 1483. 3 The fame of Francis and his reputation as a "guerisseur" had reached the French court where Louis XI was sick and dying; the King summoned him to the chateau of Le Plessis-Ies-Tours, but it required the intervention of the Pope to make the hermit undertake the journey
