La primera parte del proyecto evalúa el marco normativo de las auditorías energéticas en España y analiza las diferentes normativas y guías metodológicas existentes para el correcto desarrollo de las auditorías. En la segunda parte se realiza una propuesta de guía metodológica para la realización de auditorías energéticas. Esta guía se está enfocada centros industriales y logísticos, aunque también puede servir de ayuda para auditar otras tipologías de centros. Por último, y mediante la utilización de la guía, se realiza un caso práctico en el que se desarrolla la auditoría energética de una plataforma logística ubicada en Sant Quirze del Vallès. Para el correcto desarrollo de este proyecto la empresa Applus+ ha facilitado los datos de consumo e inventario de la plataforma logística.
