Les objectifs de cette étude étaient de décrire les caractéristiques sociodémographiques et le devenir médico-professionnel des patients ayant bénéficié d'une consultation pour « souffrance psychique liée au travail » au CCPPE de Caen-Valognes entre le 1er août 2020 et le 31 décembre 2021 ainsi que de recenser les recommandations émises lors de cette consultation. Nous avons également tenté de déterminer des facteurs prédictifs d'une souffrance déclarée importante, à distance. Il s'agit d'une étude épidémiologique descriptive transversale multicentrique réalisée à partir d'un questionnaire téléphonique. Au total, 54 patients ont été inclus dans cette étude. On note une prédominance féminine et un âge moyen de 47,9 ans. Le domaine des services de santé et d'action sociale est majoritaire. On retrouve une durée moyenne d'arrêt de travail avant la consultation de 8,9 mois. La moyenne de la souffrance déclarée 6 mois avant la consultation est de 8.8/10 contre 4.85/10 à distance. Une inaptitude est envisageable pour 83.3% des répondants. A distance, seulement 20.4% des répondants déclarent travailler. Les caractéristiques sociodémographiques, le devenir médico-psychologique et le pronostic défavorable en termes de devenir professionnel des patients étaient comparables aux études précédentes. Malheureusement, la faible puissance de l'étude ne nous a pas permis de déterminer les ressources pouvant influencer le devenir médico-psychologique des patients à distance. Concernant les facteurs de risques psychosociaux rapportés par les répondants, certains sont significativement associés à une souffrance importante à distance mais des études de plus grandes ampleurs sont nécessaires.
