ALBERTA A Physician Resource Planning Committee (PRPC) was established by the Alberta Ministry of Health and Wellness and the Alberta Medical Association under the 1998 agreement to provide advice on issues related to physician resource planning and to develop and maintain a comprehensive physician resource plan for Alberta.
