Book Description
This Overview was carefully distilled from the abridgments, and was created to be used as an overall textbook and lesson-plan by study groups. New students may find it useful as an introduction to the vast body of knowledge bequeathed to us by DK and AAB. Intermediate students may benefit from it as a reference, while advanced disciples may appreciate it as a trusted source of 'recommend reading' for their students. It is my sincere belief that the Ageless Wisdom, much of which is discussed in this book, can and will aid the world at this time of great change. With this overview, the New Age movement, presently lacking in concrete knowledge, will have a core textbook upon which to grow. I believe this is one of the Ashram's goals and is part of DK's larger plan to spread awareness of the Ageless Wisdom throughout the world, and I am honored to play a small part in these objectives. In Unity, Love and Light, Patrick Westfall

Book Description
INTRODUCTION BY THE EDITOR: This Book of Study Quizzes was designed to serve as a companion to the compilation, A Student's Overview of the Ageless Wisdom, by allowing students to approach the teachings from a highly concrete, yet also intuitional, perspective. There are 800 questions, for example, which each have one specific, concrete answer; yet students may approach the questions either through lower mind via study and memorization, by the intuition, or by a combination of the two. The seemingly mundane act of working through the questions on the quizzes will assist with the awakening, development and integration of the higher senses within the student. The goal of compiling some of the most essential teachings of the Ageless Wisdom into an Overview is focused upon: a) Providing a form that assists with the acquisition of the information: This involves abridging the original books into forms that are more conducive to practical study. b) Providing a form for the assimilation of the knowledge: This involves the study, review and personal practice of that knowledge which is acquired. c) Providing a form for the radiation of the wisdom: This involves the utilization and sharing of the light of wisdom, and includes activities such as creation, mentoring and teaching. This Quiz Booklet is separated into two sections: 1) Section One: 7 Quizzes based on the Overview of the Ageless Wisdom 2) Section Two: 2 Quizzes based on Tapestries of the GodsSection One contains seven quizzes based upon the six books covered in the Overview. Students may choose to take them open-book, meaning that they allow themselves to look up the correct answers as they progress through each quiz, or they can rely completely upon memory and intuition. Their results should guide them to their weaker areas which may require more study. Section Two references the first volume of Tapestries of the Gods by Michael D. Robbins, Ph.D. and includes an objective quiz on Identification of the Seven Rays and one subjective quiz aimed at the Self-Identification of one's Personal Rays. Students are encouraged to self-identify the Rays of their Soul and Personality, as well as the Rays of their Mental, Astral and Physical-Etheric bodies. Students may record their answers on the included Answer Sheets but are encouraged to make copies of them first, download a PDF copy or make their own. Links to PDFs and self-grading quizzes are available at www.LoveAndLightGames.com I believe that much of the Ageless Wisdom is now being acquired and assimilated into the human collective-consciousness, and will be put to ever-greater and more intelligent use as the Aquarian age gains momentum, so that the sacred knowledge of the Ageless Wisdom will eventually become common-knowledge throughout an enlightened and unified humanity. Through the intelligent application of love, may we learn to know ourselves and our brothers, and let stand revealed those long-hidden Teachers to Whom we have ever been known. Book Description
A powerful exploration of diverse world views long ignored by the Western world that suggests possible solutions to the environmental and social problems that face us in the next millennium. Our civilization is in crisis. Overpopulation and overconsumption have jeopardized our survival and the great promises of technology have resulted in environmental disaster. This situation, says author John Broomfield, results from the serious error the Western world makes in equating one way of knowing with all ways of knowing--mistaking a thin slice of reality for the whole. Broomfield argues that the necessary wisdom to chart a new course is available to us from many sources: the sacred traditions of our ancestors; the spiritual traditions of other cultures; spirit in nature; feminine ways of being; contemporary movements for personal, social, and ecological transformation; and the very source of our current crisis, science itself. Other Ways of Knowing shows us the wisdom of other cultures who may hold the knowledge necessary to arrest our headlong race toward destruction. From the ancient Polynesian navigational technique of remote viewing to the formative causation theory of Rupert Sheldrake, Other Ways of Knowing examines perceptions and practices that challenge the narrow perspective of the Western world and provide answers to the complex questions that face us as we move into the next millennium.

Book Description
Modern Theosophy expresses the ancient wisdom tradition found in all religions. When H. P. Blavatsky, founder of the Theosophical Society in 1875, told English journalist A. P. Sinnett she had gained her paranormal knowledge from more evolved beings called the Mahatmas, Sinnett asked to communicate with them himself. The result was a remarkable correspondence carried on from 1880 to 1885 with Mahatmas Khoot Hoomi and Morya. Recorded in The Mahatma Letters to A. P. Sinnett, the answers of these Teachers form an essential part of Theosophical literature. At the time, the Letters stormed the bastions of racial and religious prejudice, and they continue to fascinate those seeking to probe the mysteries of the universe and the nature of consciousness. Here is the most comprehensive, magisterial discussion of The Mahatma Letters since they were first published in 1924. Eminent Theosophist Joy Mills bases her commentary on Vincente Hao Chin’s 1999 edition of the Letters, helpfully arranged chronologically to enable following the exposition as it originally unfolded. Mills quotes Sinnett in emphasizing that the Mahatmas’ purpose was not to put the world into possession of occult knowledge but to train those who proved qualified . . . so that they might ascend the path of spiritual progress. Her focus, then, is on not only knowledge of the magnificent Occult Science but more significantly the ethical and moral values we must embrace to be of service to the world. She offers her reflections on over 140 letters in the hope that they may prove useful to fellow-students on the journey toward the spiritual heights. May these letters call you as they have continued to call me to keep on exploring, for truly there is no other way to go!

Book Description
"The best parts of you are hidden where you're most afraid to look." --Michael Benner, Fearless Intelligence"Fear is a doorway to understanding yourself better. The secret is to plumb the depth and breadth of your anxiety and confusion in relaxed levels of expanded awareness. Becoming more self-aware of your anxious feelings reveals the personal wisdom hidden within heartache and upset. "As we understand our self better, we become less alienated and more content -- calmer, happier, and more self-confident. Fewer random thoughts demand our attention. This or that occurs as this and that, and behavior becomes less reflexive -- more appropriate, even-tempered and well reasoned. Soon, defensiveness yields to acceptance, competition surrenders to cooperation -- lines fade, borders dissolve, and your perspective expands to include the 'Wholeness' of life."
