Ce travail concerne la commande d'un robot manipulateur en boucle fermée par l’intermédiaire d'un capteur visuel en vue d'un assemblage dynamique de pièces en mouvement. Après avoir situé le capteur visuel dans un contexte robotique, un système de poursuite de temps réel de mire est présenté ainsi que des méthodes de réglage d'un tel système Dans une seconde étape, nous nous sommes intéressés au problème de communication entre le système de vision et le robot. Nous avons alors étudié l'influence de l'asynchronisme et du retard existant entre ces deux systèmes Dans ce cadre, nous avons modélisé et identifie le système robot-vision, puis proposé une correction numérique non linéaire garantissant au système boucle un bon compromis rapidité précision. Enfin, la mise en œuvre d'un assemblage dynamique de pièces par robot et capteur visuel embarqué est présentée et analysée.
