I had to confront it: I had to stare into the darkest parts of my soul. As time progresses I entered the healing phase. I had surrendered to all the changes in my life. I accepted it all and I survived it. Healing & Inner Harmony Phases Last but not least was the healing phase. Here, I embraced self-love. I embraced all my scars from the night of the soul as I healed more emotional, spiritual, and psychological wounding. One thing led to the other. As I surrendered to self-love, I started rediscovering myself. This led to rediscovering my authentic self. With my authenticity, I started redefining myself for the best to suit my newfound authentic self. Healing also brought me unending bliss, inner balance, and harmony. After I went through all the above phases, I gained personal enlightenment. I am more mindful of myself, my life, and those around me. I stay in the now. I hope that my perspective helps you.
