Book Description
An investigation has been conducted in the Langley 8-foot transonic tunnels to determine the aerodynamic force characteristics at low lift coefficients for a 2-percent-thick trapezoidal wing tested in combination with basic and indented bodies. Effects of wing leading-edge droop and wing thickness are included. Tests extended generally over a Mach number range from 0.80 to 1.43 and an angle-of-attack range from about 0.93 to 0.90.
