It was held in the lower lecture-room of the Hahnemann Medical College on Filbert Street. There were but eight or ten members present, and almost all of these were from Pittsburgh. Many of you will remember, that for several years after this time, we looked in vain for the publication of the annual Transactions. But to-day all of this is changed. At the last meeting in this city, two years ago, between forty and fifty physicians were admitted to membership.
