Book Description
The Illustrated copy of The Woggle-Bug Book. The Woggle-Bug Book is a 1905 children's book, written by L. Frank Baum, creator of the Land of Oz, and illustrated by Ike Morgan. It has long been one of the rarest items in the Baum bibliography. Baum's text has been controversial for its use of ethnic humor stereotypes. The book grew out of another promotional project, Queer Visitors from the Marvelous Land of Oz (1904-5), a popular comic strip that promoted Baum's second Oz book, The Marvelous Land of Oz (1904). The comic strip, written by Baum and illustrated by Walt McDougall, brought Oz characters including the Scarecrow, the Tin Woodman, and others to the United States for various humorous adventures. The Woggle-Bug Book employs the same concept: H. M. Woggle-Bug, T. E. is shown maladjusted to life in an unnamed American city. The book's artist, Ike Morgan, was a Chicago cartoonist who had earlier provided illustrations for Baum's American Fairy Tales (1901). Odin's Library Classics is dedicated to bringing the world the best of humankind's literature from throughout the ages. Carefully selected, each work is unabridged from classic works of fiction, nonfiction, poetry, or drama.

Book Description
This is exclusive to WogglebugLove Productions. Mr. Wogglebug's previous timeline in Oz was a miserable failure. But this hadn't been his fault. He just hadn't known why the group he got involved with was on their way to the Emerald City in the first place, let alone that a war was going on there at the time. But what if this one element could have been changed. The question is answered in that it was the one thing that changed everything for the better for him. He becomes the leader of his comrades and plays a more heroic role in this new version of the second half of the book he was originally introduced in by Baum as rewritten in Cynthia Hanson's own unique style. This also was actually in fact the only timeline that Mr. Wogglebug and his comrades had visited the United States of America afterward. Then on their way home to Oz a hurricane blows them away to an uncharted island they find is inhabited by living dinosaurs. Most are highly evolved and speak and do human things. They find out a young dinosaur is about to become a leader due to birth right. But there was a mix-up with his birth and another dinosaur who is more qualified. Mr. Wogglebug is the only one who knows how to reveal the truth.

Book Description
“Maguire’s work is melodic, symphonic, and beautiful; it is dejected and biting and brave. How great that people flock to these magical novels.” —Los Angeles Times Book Review Bestselling author Gregory Maguire’s remarkable series, The Wicked Years, comes full circle with this, his fourth and final excursion across a darker, richer, more complex landscape of “the magical land of Oz.” Out of Oz brilliantly reimagines L. Frank Baum’s world over the rainbow as wracked with social unrest—placing Glinda the good witch under house arrest and having the cowardly Lion on the lam from the law as the Emerald City prepares to make war on Munchkinland. Even Dorothy makes a triumphant return in Maguire’s magnificent Oz finale—tying up every loose green end of the series he began with his classic Wicked, the basis for the smash hit Broadway musical.
