His gaze went directly to the fig tree but, alas, there were no fruits: it was not the first time. Who knows how many times in three years his hopes for sweetness were broken by the sterility of the plant? "It’s enough! This is the last time I can't find fruit", he heard screaming. The winemaker ran worried. At the sight of the owner, fearing for his work and for the destiny of the vineyard, he heard instead: “Cut the fig tree!”.
