Book Description
Author Kirk F. Panneton battled acute depression for more than a decade prior to his nearly successful suicide attempt on January 27, 2013. Although that moment marked the peak of numerous physical and psychological struggles, it also serves as the starting point for his journey through the fourth dimension during his recovery. Panneton spent four weeks in a rural ICU in Arkansas in an epic battle for his own survival. During this time, he experienced a passage through hell as a soldier of light, as his loved ones looked on from the sidelines. He chose of life and love time and again in order to emerge victorious from the endless and unforgiving tests set forth for him by the forces of evil. In this memoir, he recounts his story of redemption, both his physical experiences after waking and those that occurred while he was in a comatose state. He shares not only his recollections but also personal writings from himself and from family members during that period describing the events as they lived them. Most of all, he presents a unique, firsthand narrative of his encounter with death in hopes of giving people everywhere a reason to keep going.

During the story, Steve grows in confidence in both himself and in his Jewish roots to not only thwart these diabolical plans, but to free Leah from the 5,600-year-old clutches of her master so that she can ascend to heaven as an angel. Luther: The Devil's Disciple
Author: Adam Weishaupt
Publisher: Magus Books
ISBN:
Category : Religion
Languages : en
Pages : 135
Book Description
It's a striking feature of Protestantism that so few Protestants know anything about the founder of their religion. Martin Luther, the prophet of Protestant irrationalism, is one of the most pathological figures in religious history. Would any sane person wish to subscribe to a religion whose founder declared: "Reason is the Devil's greatest whore; by nature and in manner of being she is a noxious whore; she is a prostitute, the Devil's appointed whore; whore eaten by scab and leprosy who ought to be trodden under foot and destroyed, she and her wisdom...Throw dung in her face to make her ugly. She is and she ought to be drowned in baptism...She would deserve, the wretch, to be banished to the filthiest place in the house, the toilet." Making extensive use of Luther's own words, the Pythagorean Illuminati, the oldest secret society in the world, have produced a polemical attack on the religion that has come to be most closely identified with the evils of Western capitalism.

Handmaid
Author: Caroline N. Mbonu
Publisher: Wipf and Stock Publishers
ISBN: 1498272843
Category : Religion
Languages : en
Pages : 150
Book Description
A project of women's advancement in society and church life engages a multi-disciplinary and interdisciplinary approach in its quest for social transformation. In recent decades, governments, particularly in Africa, have employed various political, economic, and other social modi operandi in their attempt to advance women's participation more fully in society. The discussions on these pages seek to contribute to the women's discourse with insights from the theology and culture; more specifically, from name designation. The expression, what is in a name, falls flat on its face in most African cultures as well as the cultures that produced the Bible. In these traditions, a name is not merely a convenient collocation of sounds by which a person could be identified. Rather a name represents a story and can express something of the essence of that which is named. The power inherent in the way names are constructed and interpreted, both in terms of the Handmaid in the New Testament and more directly in the Igbo culture, contribute to the strengthening of patriarchy. Such construal potentially exclude women from full participation in social processes, and in so doing deprive society as a whole of the synergy of human potential. The discussion of Mary as Handmaid centers on the role of women in Catholic theology, so she becomes the vehicle for examining the role of the second-class citizen assigned to women in the Church, then and now. Drawing from textual and oral history, the book reinterprets in a liberative manner female names both from Igbo tradition as well as Chinua Achebe's Anthills of the Savannah. Thus the freight that a name designation carries makes imperative the exploration of its redemptive significance.

Book Description
Art of the Earth is a much needed, hands-on guide for reunion with the natural world through the practice of humanity's ancient and enduring art forms.
