The main Greenland halibut concentrations in the Gulf of St. Lawrence during the summer are found west of Anticosti Island and, to a lesser extent, north of this Island and in the Esquiman Channel, near the west coast of Newfoundland. The aim of this document is to describe information obtained from the fishery and research findings used in the stock assessment. It is intended to complement the stock status report on the Greenland halibut of 4RST.
