The court concluded that the device used to return a part of the purchase price to the merchants resulted in sales of approximately $boo,000 per year by appellant, undoubtedly business taken from other dealers who were charging the minimum price established by the Commission, and it held that the contractbetween Shearer and Frankford was a device to Circumvent the price established by the Milk Control Commission in violation of sec tion 807, supra. Of the Milk Control Law. Accordingly, the court affirmed the order suspending the license of Shearer's Dairies, Inc.
