Book Description
In the year 2056, the Earth is completely destroyed by a hoard of giant planet-eating squid from parts unknown. Have you ever thought what could happen if you took LSD, and by coincidence, you were abducted by extraterrestrials? Once specimens, such as humans, are collected for scientific research, subjects are thoroughly processed prior to being placed into storage for the return to the alien planet. As part of the process, a mind link is established between the specimen and alien processors. All memories of the subject is processed from the specimen's brain, where visualizations are watched and recorded by aliens for future study. Due to two of the five hippie specimens being under the influence of LSD, two alien processors also become under the influence. One of which destroys all his comrades upon the research spacecraft. One of the humans wakes to find he and the others have been abducted. Once awakened and with the assistance of an imprisoned giant aquatic creature, the humans help the last alien. The six come together, traveling forward in time to rescue the Earth from total destruction, ultimately, saving two planets.

Book Description
The riveting quest to construct the machine that would take on the world’s greatest human chess player—told by the man who built it On May 11, 1997, millions worldwide heard news of a stunning victory, as a machine defeated the defending world chess champion, Garry Kasparov. Behind Deep Blue tells the inside story of the quest to create the mother of all chess machines and what happened at the two historic Deep Blue vs. Kasparov matches. Feng-hsiung Hsu, the system architect of Deep Blue, reveals how a modest student project started at Carnegie Mellon in 1985 led to the production of a multimillion-dollar supercomputer. Hsu discusses the setbacks, tensions, and rivalries in the race to develop the ultimate chess machine, and the wild controversies that culminated in the final triumph over the world's greatest human player. Book Description
The groundbreaking, bestselling series—millions of copies sold worldwide! A classic of ancient human history—and one of the inspirations behind the History Channel’s Ancient Aliens—Zecharia Sitchin’s Earth Chronicles series is the revelatory and deeply provocative masterwork that forever altered humankind’s view of our history and our destiny. The fantastic conclusion to the groundbreaking Earth Chronicles series brings together past and present to offer a radical vision of the future Thirty years ago, Zecharia Stichin challenged established notions of the origins of Earth and man. In a series of provocative books, he offered a radical new theory, based on indisputable documentary evidence, of extraterrestrial beings—the Anunnaki—who arrived eons ago to plant mankind’s genetic seed. In this triumphant final volume, he closes the circle, exploring the profound question that has troubled us throughout time—from the Bible’s Daniel to Sir Isaac Newton to modern Americans—When will the end come? In The End of Days, Sitchin solves ancient enigmas, dechipers the original meaning of religious symbols, analyzes scientific calculations, explores Messianic expectation, and bridges the links between history and prophecy—between the 21st century, A.D. and the 21st century B.C.—to present a startling vision of what is to come for us all.
