The book case studies all developing nations with missile programmes. For this purpose, India, China and Pakistan form the core while the rest of the nations are nationally perceived as a Middle Ring (West Asia, Afghanistan and Taiwan) and an Outer Ring (the Koreas, Africa and Latin America).
