Ratio Of Power Indicators In The System "Drilling String – Drive" B.A. Perminov, V.B. Perminov, Z.H. Yagubov, E.Z. Yagubov In the mode of drilling a well, transmission of rotation the drill string, occur from the wellhead to the bottom hole. Thus, at the expense to the impact dissipative forces on the drill string in the bore-hole may be stop of some part column, twisting of stretched portion and stall bottom of column with accelerate of rotation after accumulating a sufficient level of potential energy. The stock of potential energy in the elastic column at the rotation of upper part the greater, the more moment of resistance of stationary portion column. Take place redistribution of power indicators along the length of the drill string, that engender relaxation oscillations in the column, to the disruption of the dynamic balance, as condition of the column, so and system "drill string – drive", violates the dynamic stability of column and leads to a forced harmonic changes power of the drive of engine rig. In this regard, the definition of conditions for the occurrence of relaxation oscillations in the system “drill string – drive” is a very urgent task. Work is devoted to research of the power indicators of the drill string in the drilling operation and the definition of the necessary conditions for maintaining the dynamic equilibrium of the system. It was shown that the accumulation of potential energy in the bottom of the column is more than the kinetic energy of the upper part always provokes relaxation oscillations in the system. Makes recommendation, that to enhance the dynamic stability of the work regime is necessary increase the moment of inertia of the drive of column and reduce the weight of the bottom hole of column. Integrated Mechanisms For Data Security And Reliability In Information Systems Based On Theoretical Coding Schemes Kh.N. Rzaev The paper examines the cryptographic data protection to ensure the security of the data transfer through the means of information systems. Issue 04 July-Aug-Sept 2014 Diagnosis Of The Contact Interaction Of Solid Bodies At Friction Using Fractal Analysis Methods A.Kh. Janahmadov, M.Y. Javadov, O.A. Dyshin Were developed the additional quantitative research tools of the surface roughness: the fractal dimension of curvature on the bearing surface and the fractal dimension of profilograph. These values are used to classify the regimes of the contact interaction of the metal elements at friction and to diagnose the form of contact according to the fractal dimensions scale, which describes the main three types of contacts: elastic, elastic-plastic and plastic. The Stock Price Valuation Based On The Stochastic Modeling Of Financial Data S.M. Javadova The stochastic model is developed to forecast a movement of stock prices as function of the Wiener process. The canonical decomposition of function values through discrete number of points is used to generate the Wiener process. Factors Causing Corrosion And Destruction of Coating in Operation of Oil-Field Pump N.G. Javadov, A.M. Mehtiev The paper review and analyzes factors that contribute towards corrosion and destruction of coating during operation of oil-field pump. It is noted that factors such as cold, moisture, heat, corrosive components of pumped fluid, mechanical stress, etc., have negative impact. Relations Of Cytokine Blood Spectrum With Nephropathy At Patients With Diabetes A.N. Babakhanova Work objective is to study the cytokine status of patients with diabetes of type 1 and type 2 with a complicated nephropathy and an uncomplicated course. 123 patients with diabetes and the control group of 20 people were inspected. By the immune-enzyme analysis of ELISA the levels (INF-γ, TNF-α, IL-6, IL-1β) were determined in blood serum of the patients. The most expressed changes of the cytokine status were observed in the patients of diabetes of type 1 and type 2 which were expressed in the initial increase of the maintenance of all studied pro-inflammatory cytokines (INF-γ, TNF-α, IL-6, IL-1β). Such changes in activation of the pro-inflammatory cytokines characterize this disease as an inflammatory immune-dependent process. The changes in the cytokine status had a non-uniform character with the most expressed changes in IL-1β, TNF-α, INF-γ synthesis (p ≤ 0,001) and a slight increase of IL-6.

Book Description
Issue 10 October-November-December 2016 Assessment Of Material Strength Properties Of One Scale Level Transferred From Test Data At Another Level A.M. Pashayev, A.Kh. Janahmadov, M.Y. Javadov The paper examines the forecast methods of failure process dynamics at one scale level based on parameters defined at another level. The industrial forecast methods were developed suited for engineering practice. The specific scale levels of fracturing are considered on the basis of the dynamic process characteristics and the space-time approach. Space-Time Scale Invariance At Dynamic Fragmentation Of Quasi-Brittle Materials N.G. Javadov, M.I. Aliyev The paper examines the fractured quasi-brittle materials and the scale invariance with respect to time and space variables. It confirms that the large-scale clustering in the ensemble of defects, accompanying the transition from the dispersed to the microscopic resolution, have the signs of phenomena that is characteristic to non-equilibrium critical systems. It demonstrates that with respect to the quasi-brittle materials, the dissipative ability is associated with the scenarios of formation and interaction of the multi-scale collective defect modes in conditions of the specific type of the critical events – the structural scaling transitions. Nano-Tribological Processes At Electric Discharge Of Discrete Ohmic Contacts Of Metal-Polymer Pairs A.Kh. Janahmadov, A.I. Volchenko, E.S. Pirverdiyev The paper examines the nano-tribological processes at the electrical discharge in the discrete ohmic contacts of the metal-polymer pairs of tribosystem. The nature of destructive processes in the polymeric film of pads is explained. Adjusting The Starting Pressure Of Gas Lift Well To The “Switching Lifting Device Of The Reverse Valves System” O.H. Mirzayev The results of starting pressure change by switching injection direction of working agent from circular annulus to the central part in gas lift wells have been given. The valves are placed on the pipe surface in definite depth under liquid column. As a result of investigation it has been determined that the application of the method in the wells with big depth and high liquid column gives an opportunity to reduce starting pressure. Application of the method in complicated exploitation conditions gives effective results. Comparative Analysis Of Trading Systems Performances With Respect To Transaction Cost (Part 2) E.J. Janahmadov The purpose of this paper is to compare and analyze the performance of trading rules applied to the underlying and derivative products. Three different trading market indictors were chosen from the range of trading rules according to their performance relatively to Dow Jones Industrial Average. On the basis of these technical indicators the automated trading systems were developed and then applied to the underlying instrument such Dow Jones Industrial Average. The performances of trading systems and profit/loss indexes were compared and analyzed. The results are compared with “buy-and-hold” strategy and performance of underlying security. The results of the research intend to show the effect of the transactions costs on the performance of trading systems and optimal could be applied to invest into underlying or derivatives of underlying.

Book Description
This edition of the World Bank has been revised and expanded by the Terminology Unit in the Languages Services Division of the World Bank in collaboration with the English, Spanish, and French Translation Sections. The Glossary is intended to assist the Bank's translators and interpreters, other Bank staff using French and Spanish in their work, and free-lance translator's and interpreters employed by the Bank. For this reason, the Glossary contains not only financial and economic terminology and terms relating to the Bank's procedures and practices, but also terms that frequently occur in Bank documents, and others for which the Bank has a preferred equivalent. Although many of these terms, relating to such fields as agriculture, education, energy, housing, law, technology, and transportation, could be found in other sources, they have been assembled here for ease of reference. A list of acronyms occurring frequently in Bank texts (the terms to which they refer being found in the Glossary) and a list of international, regional, and national organizations will be found at the end of the Glossary.

Book Description
Excerpt from The Tribes and Castes of the North-Western Provinces and Oudh, Vol. 4 of 4 Mughul, Mughul. - One of the four great Muhammadan sub divisions known in Europe under the form Mongol. Mr. Ibbetson, ' writing of the panjab, does not attempt to touch upon the much debated question of the distinction between the Turks and Mughuls. In the Delhi territory, indeed, the villagers accustomed to describe the Mughuls of the Empire as Turks, used the word as synonymous with official, and I have heard my Hindu clerks of Kayasth class described as Turks, merely because they were in Government employ. On the Biloch frontier the word Turk is commonly used as synonym ous with Mughul. The Mughuls preper probably either entered the Paujfib with Babar, or were attracted thither under the dynasty of his successors; and I believe that the great majority of those who have returned themselves as Mughuls in the Eastern Panjab really belong to that race. In these Provinces they say that they take their name from their ancestor Mughul Khan. About the Publisher Forgotten Books publishes hundreds of thousands of rare and classic books.
