S. 1752, to amend the Act of May 20, 1964 to make it unlawful for a foreign fishing vessel in U.S. waters to engage in support of a foreign fishing fleet. S.J. Res. 103 and similar S.J. Res. 75, to authorize the Interior Dept to conduct a survey of the coastal and fresh-water commercial fishery resources of the U.S. and its territories and possessions.
