Festival was given at the College on the 12th. January last, Sir George fandel-phillips, Bart, in the chair, when the tree was unveiled by Lady Fandel Phillips, and short addresses were delivered by several friends. The Committee regret that the financial position of the College is far from satisfactory. For some years past there has been a deficiency of income to meet the current expenditure. In last year's Report, therefore, the Committee appealed for additional annual subscriptions to the extent of at least a year.
