Rohingyalish is the writing system of Rohingya people of Arakan State of Burma (Myanmar). Rohingya is an ethnic Muslim minority group. The first Rohingya writing system, which used Arabic script, has been originated since 350 years ago. They are culturally and linguistically different from other ethnic groups in Burma. Though there are two writing systems known as Arabic Script and Hanifi-Script the latest Rohingyalish writing system has been the one which is the most easiest and widely accepted worldwide and has been accepted by ISO on 18 July 2007 awarding ISO code 639-3 rhg. The writing system was founded by Eng. Mohammed Siddique in the year 2000. It has been so intuitively designed that it takes virtually no time to learn as the writing and the reading exactly match to each other and it uses only few letters A to Z and two other Latin letters Ç (retroflex r) and Ñ (nasal sound) including five accented vowels. The first few pages include the Alphabet Table, Samples different vowels, examples of different word patterns, the language concept chart to help teachers convey the language concept followed by step by step illustration with pictures. It is suggested that the basic concept of the vowels be explained to the students before starting the actual lessons. The teacher can access many different online tutorials available to master the concept.

The Rohingya are a Muslim group who live in Rakhine state (formerly Arakan state) in western Myanmar (Burma), a majority Buddhist country. According to the United Nations, they are one of the most persecuted minorities in the world. They suffer routine discrimination at the hands of neighboring Buddhist Rakhine groups, but international human rights groups such as Human Rights Watch (HRW) have also accused Myanmar's authorities of being complicit in a campaign of ethnic cleansing against the Rohingya Muslims. The Rohingya face regular violence, arbitrary arrest and detention, extortion, and other abuses, a situation that has been particularly acute since 2012 in the wake of a serious wave of sectarian violence. Islam is practiced by around 4% of the population of Myanmar, and most Muslims also identify as Rohingya. Yet the authorities refuse to recognize this group as one of the 135 ethnic groups or 'national races' making up Myanmar's population. On this basis, Rohingya individuals are denied citizenship rights in the country of their birth, and face severe limitations on many aspects of an ordinary life, such as marriage or movement around the country. This expose of the attempt to erase the Rohingyas from the face of Myanmar is sure to gain widespread attention.

Controlling national borders has once again become a key concern of contemporary states and a highly contentious issue in social and political life. But controlling borders is about much more than patrolling territorial boundaries at the edges of states: it now comprises a multitude of practices that take place at different levels, some at the edges of states and some in the local contexts of everyday life – in workplaces, in hospitals, in schools – which, taken together, construct, reproduce and contest borders and the rights and obligations associated with belonging to a nation-state. This book is a systematic exploration of the practices and processes that now define state bordering and the role it plays in national and global governance. Based on original research, it goes well beyond traditional approaches to the study of migration and racism, showing how these processes affect all members of society, not just the marginalized others.
