Book Description
Meet Robbie the Penguin! While Robbie is in pre-school his teacher notices that he doesn't talk, and he really likes to rock. After visiting the Doctor he is diagnosed with Autism and begins to attend a special school. Follow him on his adventures where he goes swimming, goes to a parade and the fireworks, eats ice cream, and runs away a lot! As you're laughing you'll also be learning a lot about kids with Autism. Cindy Gelormini is the Author and Illustrator of the "Robbie's World" trilogy and is Robbie's Mom. She works in the Interior Design field where she began as a decorative artist painting children's murals. She was also a singer songwriter and worship leader, so she wrote the books like rhyming lyrics. For four years she followed Robbie's life on YouTube on their video blog called "Robbie and Me: Autism Reality", which can still be viewed to this day. When Robbie went to heaven on November 7, 2017, penguins in the form of toys and paperweights began to show up in unlikely places. Weeks later when they cleaned out Robbie's room in his group home they found in his DVD player the last movie Robbie ever watched..."Happy Feet" about dancing penguins! They realized they were getting messages from heaven. Cindy wanted to continue Robbie's story to help bring love, understanding and acceptance to the Autism Community, so she wrote Robbie's story as a children's book series telling stories from when he was a little boy. The idea of him being a penguin though, that was Robbie's idea.

Book Description
The publication of Feel: Robbie Williams by Chris Heath in September 2004 caused shockwaves of controversy, delight and book-buying. Finally, after years of rumour and lies, the complete, intimate story of Robert P Williams has been written. Spanning his childhood through Take That to his current status as rock icon, probing his love life and his family relationships, this book takes you closer than you ever thought you'd get to Robbie Williams. Written by Chris Heath, who spent nearly two years working with Rob on this book, every word is imbued with Rob's humour, charisma, talent, memories and complexity. But more than ever before, this book tells the truth about his extraordinary life. Billy Connolly told his story through his wife, and with Rolling Stone journalist, Chris Heath, Robbie's own story has been brilliantly and insightfully told. You may have seen his face a million times, heard his music every day, followed him from the beginning of Take That, but this is a man with some serious surprises in store. This is a groundbreaking book; truly original and brilliantly written; a grippingly honest story of an extraordinary man.

Book Description
"The most important book on AI this year." --The Guardian "Mr. Russell's exciting book goes deep, while sparkling with dry witticisms." --The Wall Street Journal "The most important book I have read in quite some time" (Daniel Kahneman); "A must-read" (Max Tegmark); "The book we've all been waiting for" (Sam Harris) A leading artificial intelligence researcher lays out a new approach to AI that will enable us to coexist successfully with increasingly intelligent machines In the popular imagination, superhuman artificial intelligence is an approaching tidal wave that threatens not just jobs and human relationships, but civilization itself. Conflict between humans and machines is seen as inevitable and its outcome all too predictable. In this groundbreaking book, distinguished AI researcher Stuart Russell argues that this scenario can be avoided, but only if we rethink AI from the ground up. Russell begins by exploring the idea of intelligence in humans and in machines. He describes the near-term benefits we can expect, from intelligent personal assistants to vastly accelerated scientific research, and outlines the AI breakthroughs that still have to happen before we reach superhuman AI. He also spells out the ways humans are already finding to misuse AI, from lethal autonomous weapons to viral sabotage. If the predicted breakthroughs occur and superhuman AI emerges, we will have created entities far more powerful than ourselves. How can we ensure they never, ever, have power over us? Russell suggests that we can rebuild AI on a new foundation, according to which machines are designed to be inherently uncertain about the human preferences they are required to satisfy. Such machines would be humble, altruistic, and committed to pursue our objectives, not theirs. This new foundation would allow us to create machines that are provably deferential and provably beneficial.
