Book Description
I was born 1966 as Randall Fabel. When I was young I moved from Minnesota to Louisiana. I have lived in Florida, Texas, and Arkansas. Now Louisiana is my home. I ve been everything from a truck driver to a painter, now I m a construction foreman. They have been calling me fabulous Fabel for many years. I don t really know why, I guess it s just because of my creative mind. I have been married twice and have two step kids as well as two of my own. I also a proud step-grandfather I ve always thought that I was born to do something else. Music always has been part of my life. With every word I write there s a melody in my head. I can sing along to any one of these song. Although when I was younger I never would write down these melodies in my head. Now that I m older I have two teenage kids of my own that I love very much. I tell them to follow their dreams. I have been sitting on my dream all along, which is to be an acknowledged song writer. My kids give me all the inspiration that I need to succeed in life. I am up and down in this crazy life, and I think it s about time to become who I was meant to be. Maybe something good will happen here, who knows the sky s the limit so they say. So peace love and happiness.

Book Description
With proper training, any horse can become a great riding companion out on the trail. It's a matter of learning how to adapt your experience to your particular horse. Fully illustrated lessons in trail riding start with the differences in working with a retired jumper, an actively competing reiner, or even a natural-born trail horse. The section on riding techniques helps you use what you already know from hunter-jumper, dressage, or other experiences. Both solitary and group riding get special attention, as does handling different types of parks and paths. The full range of possible spooking challenges covers encountering animals, heavy traffic, weather, and children, as well as tripping, hoof injuries, mounting and dismounting in unusual situations, and other emergencies.

Book Description
Men don't bring you happiness - you do. And being single is when it happens - Learn how! Society, and your mother, is always busy telling you that you need to find a good man, "Why can't you find a good man like Julie did? She got a great guy. You're not getting any younger you know!" The truth is that you don't need to find a good man. Needing to find a guy puts you in a desperate frame of mind. Being desperate puts you in the wrong mindset for finding a great guy. If and when you do meet a guy, you will cling to him like saran wrap on a leftover pan of lasagna. You'll change who you are so you think you're his perfect woman. When you're desperate, you drop everything in your life to be available to him when he beckons. This tells him you're too available and he loses interest. There's no chase... You'll share every detail of your life with him, before the end of the first date, or maybe even before you have a first date. This takes all of the mystery away and leaves him nothing to uncover on his own. Instead, Build Yourself and He Will Come! Wanting to find a great guy puts you in the right frame of mind - a confident mindset where you are choosing a great man from the large pool of men. When you choose, you look for a man who complements your assets, has values that line up with yours and proves himself to be worthy of you. You look for a guy who doesn't just say the right things, he does the right things. He respects your boundaries and he treats you with respect. Book Description
Couples: Building Bridges shows therapists how to successfully apply basic principles of human interaction and communication to help facilitate intimate connections between people. Using the approaches in this book, you will see how the bridge between couples materializes naturally as a result of the combination of respect, truth, careful observations, awareness, and shared information.Contributors in Couples: Building Bridges encourage therapists to bring their own behavior into awareness--to see themselves as the major instrument of change in the therapy process and to recognize that work must begin with themselves before starting to work with couples. However, the book stresses that therapy is not something performed on a couple but rather a process geared toward increasing the range of choice of behavior for clients.Therapists working with couples or with individuals seeking therapy concerning their intimate relationships will find Couples: Building Bridges a valuable reference for promoting healthy, open relationships.
