Edgar W. Hillyer, late Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, at the request of the bar, to present their resolutions, and move that they be spread upon the minutes of the court. My preface will be short, for there is little necessity to say much of one whom we all knew and loved so well. More than I could say in cold words beats in the hearts of all who hear.
