Berry, Wheeling; Frank A. O'Brien, Wheeling; C. E. Goettman, Charleston; Willis B. Bolles, St. Marys; George F. Wells, Morgantown; Edward E. Carter, Wellsburg; James D. Parriott, Moundsville; John H. Holt, Huntington; J. R. W. Morris, Jr., Moundsville. Your Committee hereby nominates each of the foregoing named gentlemen for membership in the Association, and begs to transmit herewith the formal application in writing of each of the abqve named members of the Bar, which applications are in conformity with the requirements of the said Section 4 of the constitution. Respectfully submitted, Henry M. Russell, Jr., Chairman. On motion of Mr. J. W. Vandervort, duly seconded, it was ordered that the Secretary cast the vote of the Association for the applicants named in the report of the Committee on Admissions.
