En électronique de puissance, les perturbations haute fréquence sont créées par les commutations des interrupteurs de puissance à semi-conducteur qui sont commandés à intervalles réguliers. Ces interrupteurs sont à l'origine de perturbations conduites en mode différentiel à travers les conducteurs du circuit de puissance, et de perturbations conduites en mode commun par couplage capacitif ou inductif. Les perturbations hautes fréquences se propagent également par rayonnement, et dépendent en grande partie de la forme d'onde du courant dans les conducteurs relies au noeud dont le potentiel est flottant dans les cellules de commutation. A l'heure actuelle, les problèmes de C.E.M. sont résolus la plupart du temps en agissant sur les modes de couplage et les moyens de propagation : en diminuant les perturbations conduites par l'insertion d'un filtre en amont du circuit, et les perturbations rayonnées par un blindage. Une façon moins classique d'aborder ce problème est d'analyser l'origine des perturbations, pour tenter de les réduire en agissant au plus près de leur source. Le travail réalisé a consisté à étudier les améliorations que peut apporter une commande intelligente des interrupteurs dans la réduction des perturbations H.F. Pour cela, l'influence des gradients de courant sur les harmoniques H.F. du courant a été analysée, ce qui a permis de mettre en évidence la corrélation entre les discontinuités dans la dérivée d'un signal et la loi de décroissance de son spectre. A partir de la, une méthode de commande intelligente des interrupteurs, baptisée méthode de la dérivée continue, a pu être développée et mise en oeuvre dans plusieurs applications utilisant différents types d'interrupteurs commandes : transistor bipolaire, transistor MOS, IGTB.

L' @évolution de la technologie et des structures des convertisseurs statiques a permis d'augmenter les fréquences de commutation ainsi que les performances électriques. Cependant, leurs niveaux de perturbations tant rayonnées que conduites se sont fortement accrus, posant des problèmes technico-économiques d'insertion dans un environnement électrique. Cette étude évalue les perturbations conduites dans trois structures de convertisseur mono interrupteurs non isoles, haute fréquence (100khz-1kw). Ils mettent en ouvre les trois principaux modes de commutation: commutation forcée assistée, a zéro de tension et a zéro de courant. L'évaluation permet de déterminer l'évolution des courants parasites en fonction des paramètres électriques et de commande de chaque structure, afin d'en déduire les modes de pollution caractéristiques pour chaque mode de commutation. L'étude a mis en évidence l'importance des composants parasites associes aux composants du convertisseur, ils ont fait l'objet d'une étude détaillée. Les mécanismes d'apparition et de couplage des parasites sont abordes au travers d'une étude analytique, corroborée par simulation numérique. Cette démarche a permis la constitution de modèles électriques a constantes localisées. Ils fournissent un outil pour aborder l'étude de structures plus complexes. Enfin, une partie du travail est consacrée aux moyens de réduire les niveaux de perturbations: réduction des couplages et compensation des parasites
