Resumen: El presente estudio de factibilidad se realiza al proyecto de creación de una empresa dedicada al diseño y construcción de viviendas en contenedores marítimos y terrestres, el cual busca implementar nuevos estilos de hogar dentro de las familias colombianas con opciones y ofertas más asequibles. El estudio del proyecto se valida mediante herramientas metodológicas propias de un estudio de emprendimiento, desarrollando actividades que nos permitieron determinar la factibilidad del proyecto y nos deja ver el potencial de la idea de negocio ya establecida.
