Le médecin généraliste accueille régulièrement des patients dépendants aux opiacés. Les traitements de substitutions aux opiacés (TSO) constituent un des fondements de la politique de réduction des risques addictologiques et sont, en France, prescrits en majorité par les médecins généralistes. L'objectif de notre étude était de se placer du point de vue des patients et de s'intéresser à leur perception d'une prise en charge en médecine de ville. L'objectif secondaire était d'avoir une photographie d'une patientèle sous TSO suivie par des généralistes de l'agglomération chalonnaise en Saône-et-Loire. Une étude observationnelle descriptive a été réalisée en s'appuyant sur un recueil systématique d'informations concernant le patient, son parcours et ses motivations. Les 42 patients inclus étaient tous majeurs, bénéficiaires d'un TSO et suivis par un médecin généraliste de l'agglomération chalonnaise. Le recrutement des patients et les entretiens se sont déroulés de mars à décembre 2023, dans les cabinets où étaient suivis les patients. Le questionnaire était soumis pendant ou au décours d'une consultation de renouvellement de TSO. Tous les patients sont satisfaits de leur prise en charge par leur médecin traitant, le seul axe d'amélioration étant sur la notion d'information délivrée sur les TSO. Les profils socio-démographiques, médicaux et addictologiques de la population étudiée sont proches de ceux décrits dans la littérature. Une étude à plus grande échelle comparant des patients suivis en CSAPA et en médecine de ville pourrait étayer ces premiers résultats.
