Book Description
The dam is an 80 ft. long, 12 ft. high dam consisting of stone, earth and concrete. The visual inspection did not disclose any findings that indicate an immediate unsafe condition. The general condition of the dam is good. The dam's spillway will not pass the required test flood. The wet area found at the toe downstream should be examined when there is no flow through the spillway to determine if it is resulting from seepage through the dam or from water through the rock slope from the spillway. (Author).
