Final management plan for Cordell Bank National Marine Sanctuary (CBNMS), Gulf of the Farallones National Marine Sanctuary, and Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary, resulting from the first management plan review of the sanctuary since the implementation of its final regulations in 1989. The management plan contains five action plans, on education and outreach; ecosystem protection; partnerships with community groups; conservation science; and administration.
