Les entretiens pharmaceutiques doivent permettre aux patients de mieux comprendre leur maladie et ainsi d'améliorer leur observance. Mais les patients hypertendus ressentent-ils réellement le besoin de participer à ces entretiens pharmaceutiques ? Ont-ils déjà tous les outils nécessaires à leur prise en charge ? Quel rôle le pharmacien peut-il avoir ? Afin que le pharmacien soit préparé au mieux aux entretiens pharmaceutiques, des fiches récapitulatives ont été mises au point concernant l'automesure, l'hypertension et les traitements existants. Nous essayerons de développer comment le pharmacien doit mener son entretien pharmaceutique, quel langage verbal et non verbal doit-il avoir et quelle attitude adopter ?
