The research is concentrated on Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) projects that are wide spreading all over the world. BOT projects have several vital advantages to all the parties involved in. However, there are some drawbacks in these projects in their different phases. The main drawback in the BOT project-developing phase is the lengthy process of negotiation that requires extensive meetings that waste time and effort. This study is conducted to solve such drawback by developing a model correlating the main variables that are negotiable between the two main parties: the host government and BOT promoters.
