L'ensemble de ces projets a pu être confié aux ingénieurs du service VIT. Au-delà des différents plans et moyens à mettre en oeuvre en cas d'incident, il est nécessaire de réaliser des tests régulièrement afin de valider le fonctionnement des moyens de secours et ainsi faire vivre le PCA en l'améliorant constamment.
