As it happened, viewers increasingly used their reactions to photographs to comment on and debate public issues as vital as war, national identity, and citizenship. Cara A. In Ely, Nevada she found Randy. He rode past - fast - but in the split second she saw him she knew: De Puy had to know who this boy was.
