Book Description
Two states at all times most interesting for dreamers are lucid dreaming and prophetic dreams. However, no one ever considered them to be two equal types of dreams. One state is of interest for scientists and pragmatists; the other is for mystics, philosophers and esotericists. The world of our dreams is something more than our reality. It is in a dream where we can find ourselves in any point of space and time, where we learn secrets of the part, essence of the present and possibilities of the future. It is only in dreams where we can meet those who are no more with us, study options for forthcoming events or make our choice… No one has ever thought them to exist on equal basis. Oneironauts participating in our project already use both aspects for several decades. When dreaming in a changed state of mind, every person is able to be an active participant of a lucid dream or a passive one – so-called information dream usually referred to as prophetic. What is important to know is that active dream involves deliberate actions while informative one is a passive contemplation and perception of information flows which does not depend on dreamer’s will and does not imply his corrections. The project is unique, and all the information you will find in this book, is published for the first time. One of the major goals of the project is to search dreamers for having joint dreams on the basis of certain setups called dream affirmations. For many of you most of this knowledge will mean real opportunity to manage your dreams and effectively use your connection with the unconsciousness and earth informational field, as well as find solutions to real problems, activate reserves of the organism, heal yourself, enter dreams of other people and meet those who are far from you in your dreams. There will be those of you who will open a new transcendent world with this book – a world which can change your life so much that you’ll become a completely different person seeing what others cannot see and experiencing new laws of the universe on your own.

Book Description
"A truly comprehensive, scientifically rigorous and utterly fascinating account of when, how, and why we dream. Put simply, When Brains Dream is the essential guide to dreaming." —Matthew Walker, author of Why We Sleep Questions on the origins and meaning of dreams are as old as humankind, and as confounding and exciting today as when nineteenth-century scientists first attempted to unravel them. Why do we dream? Do dreams hold psychological meaning or are they merely the reflection of random brain activity? What purpose do dreams serve? When Brains Dream addresses these core questions about dreams while illuminating the most up-to-date science in the field. Written by two world-renowned sleep and dream researchers, it debunks common myths that we only dream in REM sleep, for example—while acknowledging the mysteries that persist around both the science and experience of dreaming. Antonio Zadra and Robert Stickgold bring together state-of-the-art neuroscientific ideas and findings to propose a new and innovative model of dream function called NEXTUP—Network Exploration to Understand Possibilities. By detailing this model’s workings, they help readers understand key features of several types of dreams, from prophetic dreams to nightmares and lucid dreams. When Brains Dream reveals recent discoveries about the sleeping brain and the many ways in which dreams are psychologically, and neurologically, meaningful experiences; explores a host of dream-related disorders; and explains how dreams can facilitate creativity and be a source of personal insight. Making an eloquent and engaging case for why the human brain needs to dream, When Brains Dream offers compelling answers to age-old questions about the mysteries of sleep.

Book Description
Revised and updated. This book is not about the occasional, or accidental lucid dream. This book contains the methods by which a person may practice the art of lucid dreaming. The aim of this work is to reveal the methods by which a person can lucid dream. When I write lucid dream, I mean conscious dream. The Secret Life of Lucidity is the most practical, non subjective, holistic dream work method you will find. This method is not for the obtaining of an occasional lucid dream but of a life long practice. At the end of each chapter I will give you a step in accomplishing lucidity. Each step is meant to build upon the other culminating in a life long practice which is the goal. In most cases, but not all, the chapter and step will be related. Be sure to follow my prescriptions. Wait to be successful before changing the order of the steps, or even customizing your practice to fit who you are, and yes upon becoming familiar with the landscape of consciousness and dreams you will be a master, comparatively, in your own right, and can change things as you see fit.

Book Description
A conscious mind in a sleeping brain: the title of this book provides a vivid image of the phenomenon of lucid dreaming, in which dreamers are consciously aware that they are dreaming while they seem to be soundly asleep. Lucid dreamers could be said to be awake to their inner worlds while they are asleep to the external world. Of the many questions that this singular phenomenon may raise, two are foremost: What is consciousness? And what is sleep? Although we cannot pro vide complete answers to either question here, we can at least explain the sense in which we are using the two terms. We say lucid dreamers are conscious because their subjective reports and behavior indicate that they are explicitly aware of the fact that they are asleep and dreaming; in other words, they are reflectively conscious of themselves. We say lucid dreamers are asleep primarily because they are not in sensory contact with the external world, and also because research shows physiological signs of what is conventionally considered REM sleep. The evidence presented in this book-preliminary as it is-still ought to make it clear that lucid dreaming is an experiential and physiological reality. Whether we should consider it a paradoxical form of sleep or a paradoxical form of waking or something else entirely, it seems too early to tell.

Book Description
Deepen your awareness through the Tibetan practice of sleep and dream yoga—both presented here in this “thought-provoking, inspiring, and lucid” guide (Stephen LaBerge, PhD, author of Lucid Dreaming) It is said that the practice of dream yoga deepens our awareness during all our experience: the dreams of the night; the dream-like experience of the day; and the bardo experiences after death. Indeed, the practice of dream yoga is a powerful tool of awakening, used for hundreds of years by the great masters of the Tibetan traditions. Unlike in the Western psychological approach to dreams, the ultimate goal of Tibetan dream yoga is the recognition of the nature of mind or enlightenment itself. "If we cannot carry our practice into sleep," Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche states, "if we lose ourselves every night, what chance do we have to be aware when death comes? Look to your experience in dreams to know how you will fare in death. Look to your experience of sleep to discover whether or not you are truly awake."

Book Description
Why don't people heal? Why do they stay wounded--some even driven to suicide by their pain-despite the best that organic and psychological medicine can offer? To find the answers, Russian--born psychiatrist Olga Kharitidi traveled to exotic Samarkand, a major cultural and spiritual crossroads, and ancient capital of Uzbekistan, in the heart of Central Asia. No stranger to mystical and shamanic experiences, Dr. Kharitidi had already immersed herself in Siberian native traditions of seeing and healing. Now, at the invitation of an emissary from an ancient secret brotherhood, Dr. Kharitidi set out to learn first-hand the secrets of healing deep emotional wounds. As she quickly discovered, to master these methods she would first have to heal herself. Under the tutelage of the mysterious and charismatic Michael, the master of lucid dreams and protector of esoteric teachings first given millennia ago, Dr. Kharitidi entered another world altogether. There, she saw how our deepest emotional traumas are held in place by baleful spirits and can only be overcome by the technique of dreaming while awake. A major contribution to experiential psychology and a vivid revelation of little-known ancient teachings, The Master of Lucid Dreams describes a startlingly different and effective approach to inner healing.
