Bien que la tentative de condenser autant de matière entre les couvertures d'un seul livre implique évidemment de nombreux problèmes de sélection difficiles, j'ai conçu ce guide pour initier le lecteur aux aspects du droit de la copropriété les plus susceptibles d'être rencontrés dans la vie quotidienne. Dans cette optique, j'ai tenté d'expliquer les structures et principes du droit de la copropriété en Espagne avec suffisamment de détails pour fournir la matière nécessaire à l'établissement de systèmes de fonctionnement et à la résolution des problèmes. Dans le choix des sujets, je me suis concentré sur ceux qui sont les plus pratiquement pertinents, en omettant les subtilités raffinées dont les avocats sont trop friands. J'ai donc essayé de tracer une carte de cette partie spécifique du droit espagnol qui aidera ceux qui sont perplexes face aux implications juridiques de ce genre de matières.
