Notamment les symptômes dépressifs eux-mêmes. Certaines techniques psychothérapiques ont été proposées pour tenter d'y pallier; toutefois, leur portée reste modeste à l'heure actuelle. Rendre l'activité physique plus attractive et accessible, pour les patients souffrant de dépression, représente un défi intéressant à relever pour nos pratiques futures.
