Introduction : L'hypnose thérapeutique fait partie de l'offre de soin en addictologie et est proposée dans des structures de soins publics. Les patients ayant suivi des séances d'hypnose thérapeutique en addictologie rapportent des bénéfices mais à l'heure actuelle il n'existe pas d'étude objectivant ces résultats. Comme le préconise le rapport de l'INSERM de 2015, des études qualitatives sont nécessaires pour déterminer le vécu subjectif des patients lors de ces prises en charge. Objectif : Cette étude a pour objectif de décrire le vécu de patients présentant des conduites addictives après avoir bénéficié de séances d'hypnose thérapeutique. Matériel et méthode : Il s'agit d'une étude qualitative basée sur des entretiens semi-directifs, utilisant la méthode IPA (Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis). Dix patients ayant bénéficié de consultations d'hypnose thérapeutique dans le cadre de la prise en charge d'une addiction au CSAPA Marmottan (Centre de soins, d'Accompagnement et de Prévention en Addictologie) ont été recrutés. Nous avons réalisé une analyse thématique des entretiens puis un double codage ouvert et axial pour aboutir à l'émergence de thèmes. Résultats : Les patients considèrent l'hypnose comme une expérience agréable et utile. Ils ont perçu de nombreux bénéfices sur leur qualité de vie. En favorisant l'identification des émotions et des ressentis, l'hypnose permet une meilleure régulation émotionnelle. Les patients constatent aussi une amélioration de la gestion de leurs problématiques addictives. L'hypnose constitue un moment de partage avec le thérapeute qui favorise l'alliance thérapeutique. Discussion : Les patients semblent avoir utilisé l'hypnose pour réduire les facteurs de vulnérabilité qui entretiennent les consommations (anxiété, trouble du sommeil, qualité des relations sociales, difficultés attentionnelles, stress post traumatique, gestion émotionnelle). L'hypnose contribue à établir une relation thérapeutique basée sur la confiance, propice à la continuité des soins. Les patients interrogés rapportent une amélioration de leur qualité de vie et une modification de leur représentation du produit qui s'inscrit dans une dynamique de réduction des risques. Conclusion : Cette étude contribue à l'évaluation de l'efficacité de l'hypnose thérapeutique en addictologie et aide à la compréhension des points d'action de l'hypnose. Les résultats invitent à poursuivre l'évaluation de l'efficacité de l'hypnose dans ce contexte. Il s'agirait alors de mener une étude quantitative et d'élaborer une échelle de qualité de vie basée sur des critères en adéquation avec le vécu des patients.

L'hypnose thérapeutique n'a jamais été étudiée dans la prise en charge du burnout. Il s'agit de deux sujets d'actualité, le burnout devenant de plus en plus fréquent et l'hypnose d'usage plus courant. L'objectif de ce travail était d'étudier la place éventuelle de l'hypnose thérapeutique dans la prise en charge du burnout, au travers du vécu des patients. Une étude qualitative a été réalisée, par onze entretiens semi-dirigés menés chez des patients ayant vécu un burnout, et ayant été pris en charge par au moins deux séances d'hypnose. Les résultats montrent que l'hypnose thérapeutique pourrait avoir une place dans la prise en charge du burnout chez les patients interrogés, car elle a permis pour la plupart un développement personnel important, une diminution de l'anxiété, des symptômes physiques, ainsi que de la prise de traitements. Les principales limites de l'hypnose ont été l'investissement financier, l'absence de reconnaissance et d'encadrement de l'hypnose, et pour certains patients l'inefficacité ou des changements non durables. Une prise en charge pluridisciplinaire est dans tous les cas nécessaire, comprenant des modifications organisationnelles du travail. Des études complémentaires sont nécessaires pour étudier la validation éventuelle de l'hypnose dans la prise en charge du burnout, ainsi que dans sa prévention.

While the use of the analyst’s own reveries in work with patients has increased in recent times, there has been little critical inquiry into its value, and the problems it may lead to. The Analyst's Reveries finds increasing veneration for the analyst’s use of their reveries, while revealing important differences amongst post-Bionians in how reverie is defined and used clinically. Fred Busch ponders if it has been fully recognized that some post-Bionions suggest a new, radical paradigm for what is curative in psychoanalysis. After searching for the roots of the analyst’s use of reverie in Bion’s work and questioning whether in this regard Bion was a Bionian, Busch carefully examines the work of some post-Bionians and finds both convincing ways to think about the usefulness and limitations of the analyst’s use of reverie. He explores questions including: From what part of the mind does a reverie emerge? How does its provenance inform its transformative possibilities? Do we over-generalize in conceptualizing what is unrepresented, with the corresponding problem of false positives? During the First European Congress of Anesthesiology, held in Vienna, Austria, in September, 1962, panel discussions on nineteen different subjects were held, each lasting approxi mately three hours. One, concerning Controversial Aspects of Resuscitation, was later edited by its chairman, PETER SAFAR, and published in 1963. At the request of the publisher, the discussion on hypnosis has been edited in a similar manner. The participants in the discussion on Hypnosis in Anes thesiology had agreed, prior to the meeting, on a list of questions to be debated, and Dr. STOKVIS' introductory statement on the nature of hypnosis was circulated among them in appropriate translations in order to give the debate a starting point. It had also been agreed that no formal papers should be read after this introduction, and that the participants should use at will the German, English or French language. Following each contribution it was the chairman's task to give a brief summary in the two other languages. Discussion was therefore somewhat slowed down and occasionally rendered difficult by misunderstandings or the omission of details. Drs. GUEGUEN, MOSCONI, and VOLGYESI, who were not able. to attend, had sent written contributions which the chairman presented briefly during the discussion. The present text has been worked out of the tape recording of the discussion and the chairman's correspondence with the panelists some time after the meeting. Whenever the original contributions were in French or German, the English translation has been the chairman's.
