Objectif : Décrire quantitativement et qualitativement la pharmacie personnelle des patients. - Méthode : étude quantitative, prospective et descriptive, avec l'analyse de questionnaires distribués dans plusieurs lieux de santé de la région Franche-Comt entre août 2018 et janvier 2019. Le questionnaire comportait deux parties : dix questions simples et un tableau détaillant le contenu de la pharmacie du domicile. - Résultats : Au total, 104 questionnaires ont été inclus. Les foyers possèdent en moyenne 10,24 [2-37] molécules différentes et 16,36 [3-50] boîtes de médicaments. L'armoire à pharmacie est majoritairement unique et située dans la salle de bain. Le tri des médicaments est effectué régulièrement avec principalement un retour en pharmacie mais 54% des foyers possèdent au moins un médicament périmé. Les molécules les plus fréquentes sont le paracétamol, l'ibuprofène et le phloroglucinol. On retrouve ensuite l'amoxicilline ce qui met en évidence l'importance des antibiotiques dans les armoires à pharmacie puisque plus de la moitié d'entre elles (51%) contiennent au moins une molécule antibiotique. Les femmes ont en moyenne plus de médicaments que les hommes. La catégorie socioprofessionnelle, le nombre de personnes composant le foyer et le fait de souffrir d'une maladie chronique influent, au contraire de l'âge, sur le contenu quantitatif de la pharmacie du domicile. - Conclusion : Les armoires à pharmacie jouent un rôle clé dans la santé au quotidien. Mais les nombreux médicaments qui la composent peuvent être sources de différents dangers comme l'automédication, entraînant souvent un mésusage et les intoxications accidentelles ou volontaires.

The geography of innovation is changing. Empires, Nations, and Natives is a groundbreaking comparative analysis of the interplay between the practice of anthropology and the politics of empires and nation-states in the colonial and postcolonial worlds.
