Even if society is saying "do it all" in this unrealistic amount of time--ignore it. It will only make you do less and get burnt out. I was able to do less but accomplish more. The benefits: * Reduce time spent on unimportant tasks and unnecessary meetings * Lead the day instead of the day leading you * Improve focus * Feel less stress * Clearly see all you have accomplished and feel proud of the work you did * Reach your big goals and make the impact you always wanted * Do less and accomplish more! * It's simple so you actually do it and keep it up To help with the 3-3-3 plan I created my own workbook. It's super simple, keeps me accountable, and I love seeing clearly all I have accomplished while letting go of unimportant tasks.
