Book Description
What is capitalism? Where did it come from? Is capitalism moral? Isn't socialism Christian economics? Most people have learned the socialist answers well in school and the media. God is a Capitalist brings together the best economic history, theology and sociology from scholars such as Ludwig von Mises, F. A. Hayek, William Baumol, Adam Smith, Helmut Schoeck, Larry Siedentop, Rodney Stark, John Walton, Lawrence Harrison, Samuel Huntington and many more to give you the accurate history. God created for Israel the first capitalist nation in history with the Mosaic law contained in the first five books of the Bible. Though Moses had been raised and educated by Egyptian royalty, he formed a unique government and an economic system that was the opposite of all he had learned from Egypt. Israel had no human executive, standing army, legislature, or police force. God gave them just 613 laws to guide courts in settling civil disputes. God's law sanctified private property through the commandments to not steal. By "thou shalt not covet," God told people to not even think about theft. Property requires control and only free markets provides the control necessary to make property a reality. Israel would have prospered as no other nation had it remained faithful because it possessed the principles that made the West rich millennia later. But Israel wanted a king and that ended Israel's freedom and free markets. The world suffered in poverty and starvation for 2,500 years until theologians at the University of Salamanca, Spain, rediscovered the economic principles of Moses in the Bible. The Dutch Republic of the 16th century implemented those principles and created the first capitalist nation. It quickly became the wealthiest and most powerful nation in the West with standards of living rising steadily for the first time. England, then the United States, and other Western nations followed the Dutch system. As a result, standards of living in the West have exploded as much as 30 times the levels of the 16th century. Capitalism is the only moral economic system because it is based on Biblical principles. No one invented capitalism; they merely discovered God's principles. Atheists and deists created modern socialism in the early 19th century France as they fabricated a new religion to save mankind through redistribution of wealth and state regulation of business. God is a Capitalist answers criticisms of capitalism from socialists, conservatives and many Christians using the best scholarship available. It shows how Biblical economic principles answer the most vexing problems the world faces today, such as poverty, inequality and pollution.

Book Description
Never before has a book like God, Guns Fear been written. God, Guns Fear is a unique look into most corrupted capitalist society in the world. It offers insight into the true mechanisms, the cultural-ideological roots which governs the most omnipotent yet perverse national entity to appear in the annals of history. This book examines the corruption of the capitalist plutocracy of the United States not only by documenting the prevalent acts of corruption themselves, but by also delving into the depths of American ideological/religious dogmatism. The book is a voice of protest in defense of humanity, ethics, socialist democracy, and freedom from Christian fundamentalism. It is meant as a voice of truth for those who already have a love for all that is humanity, as written not only from facts but from the heart as well.

Book Description
Capitalists and Conquerors is a series of path-breaking essays in the political sociology of education on topics hotly debated within the educational community. In this volume Peter McLaren addresses some of the most daunting political challenges of the current times, including the globalization of capitalism, the United States' drive towards world domination, strategies, tactics and models of resistance to neoliberalism and the ravages of empire-building, the role of the educator as a social agent and public citizen, the purposes and possibilities of public schooling, and the struggle for socialism. As a Marxist-humanist philosopher and social theorist, McLaren is able to offer new philosophical premises and socialist principles for building an alternative to capitalism. The passion, poetry and fierce political conviction for which McLaren is known is very much present in this volume.

In The Rightness of Things, the fourth and final novel of the Joad Cycle, the epic saga of Gil Rose comes to its climax. From his days as an immature teenager, he has grown into a leader. Gil and his rebel forces will sacrifice everything to restore freedom to the America of the late twenty-first century, now ruled by autocratic, libertarian capitalists. Gil has been captured by Chairwoman Tanya Brandt, who forces him into training as a Morgan Missionary consultant. Once his training is complete, the chairwoman commands Gil to lead a rebellion against her so she can wipe out the remaining rebels. When he resists, Brandt sentences him to a severe emotional inquisition performed by Gecko, her powerful Avatar. After Gil is broken, he is sent out, once again, to lead the rebellion. During his journey, he meets legendary rebels who once helped his great-grandfather Bernie begin the rebellion. As his own loyalties are tested, he comes to understand the importance of what he must do. Can Gil overcome the chairwoman's powerful government and restore freedom to America?
