Even if I did get the meds, how far would they take me? There had to be a better solution and in fact, there were many! I've tried a lot of products, techniques, and obviously, lifestyle changes and have found the best approach for me has been a combination of all of these. I'm here to pass along some of my knowledge to you so that you can help get back to where you want to be. Remember that, even though you certainly aren't alone in experiencing ED, the challenge in fixing it is yours alone. Stay strong and determined and you'll get there. I did.
