Book Description
Anthony Horneck (1641-1697) is a key figure for the migration of the continental Pietist sensibilities into Restoration Anglicanism and ultimately into Methodism. Horneck was educated at Heidelberg and Leiden and then immigrated to England during the year of the Restoration. In England he became a committed Anglican, but his life and ministry demonstrated the influences of developing continental Pietism. He preached salvation. He avoided disputes over non-essentials. Most significantly, he organized religious societies of awakened souls beginning in 1678. The rules Horneck drew up for the guidance of these societies bear many marks of continental Pietism and laid the foundation for philanthropic and revivalist movements in England. At Horneck's death there were a number of these religious societies in and around London. In the next twenty years they expanded in London and throughout the counties, profoundly impacting Anglican piety. By the 1720s their network provided the matrix of relationships through which Moravians (a Continental Pietist group) and Oxford Methodists met in what became the Anglo-evangelical revival. In the 1730s and 40s they enabled Methodism's rapid spread and were united into a new movement. Foundation for Revival provides insight into the complex religious world of Restoration piety--blurring some of the rigid distinctions between Puritans and Anglicans. As a combination of Restoration high church piety and Pietist sensibilities concerning personal regeneration, Horneck provides a theological emancipation from the usual categories defining evangelical Christianity. Horneck's life also reveals an early, and generally overlooked, link between continental versions of Pietism and English evangelicalism, on which both the development of mission/philanthropic institutions in England and the rise of Methodism, Reformed and Wesleyan, depend. Finally, as a forerunner of Methodism, Horneck helps to clarify many of the "contradictions" in the piety of the young John Wesley, giving Wesley

Book Description
A variety of books on spiritual leadership exist written by respected authors with unique insights and perspectives. This book on revival leadership is no exception. Dr. K. Bobie Amankwatia, having served in several ministry capacities, including youth leader, senior pastor, church planter, Bible college teacher/administrator and Christian counselor for over 40 years, brings a fresh perspective to this important subject. He explores the leadership principles that helped Zerubbabel usher the Jews from the doldrums of brokenness, desolation and discouragement back to their ancestral home. There they reclaimed and maintained their inheritance with renewed vigor and faith in their God. Today’s body of Christ can benefit from these principles. Some of the principles addressed in this book help leaders set priorities, move in faith and conviction to accomplish the seemingly impossible, and confront challenges to ensure harmony in times of revival.

Book Description
God is able to do immeasurably more that what we often embrace. And Jonathan and Amanda Ferguson show us that we need to ask for more, expect more, and by His Spirit believe and actually apprehend the more of God. It's time to experience all you can experience in God, be all He has called you to be, and show the world His supernatural power. The Ferguson's boldly share how to renew our minds and bring revival to our hearts. God's original intent with man was for our spirits to know and commune with Him, like Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden before the deception of the serpent led them to their fall. Without walking in Eden, how can we come to know a God we have not seen? Jonathan and Amanda Ferguson say that knowing who God is has everything to do with learning: His ways His heart His character His written word His mind His passion Obtaining supernatural experiences with Him. God's ability to reveal Himself is the avenue through which we come to know Him; the realization of that truth is evident when each person experiences God for himself. Supernatural experience may mean hearing His voice, seeing angels, or having heavenly visitations, outer body experiences, seeing visions, or even being granted insight into what God has planned for future events. The other side of knowing God is to know what God can actively, physically do. This side of the supernatural includes the performance of signs, wonders, and miracles. Combining both aspects of knowing God is what the Fergusons refer to as embracing the full spectrum of the supernatural. All of these components must work hand in hand. In UNQUENCHED, the Fergusons share from their own powerful experiences in order to help readers understand the explosive power of the supernatural in your everyday life. UNQUENCHED shows you how to go after God for a full life!

Book Description
Cryostasis is an emergency medical procedure in which a human patient is placed in biological stasis at cryogenic temperatures. A cryopreserved patient can be maintained in this condition indefinitely without suffering additional degradation, but cannot yet be revived using currently available technology. This book presents the first comprehensive conceptual protocol for revival from human cryopreservation, using medical nanorobots. The revival methods presented in this book involve three stages: (1) collecting information from preserved structure, (2) computing how to fix damaged structure, and (3) implementing the repair procedure using nanorobots manufactured in a nanofactory - a system for atomically precise manufacturing that is now visible on the technological horizon.

Book Description
We all want revival. We talk about it, pray for it, and devise every evangelism strategy imaginable. We read about the Great Awakening and recall the Jesus Movement. And today we stand at the precipice of another sweeping spiritual outbreak that could reach the ends of the earth. But are we ready? Revival Culture is an inspirational, biblical, and empowering manual for the next generation of revivalists. Michael Brodeur and Banning Liebscher have been witnessing a spiritual renewal at Bethel Church in Redding, California, and through Jesus Culture, that goes beyond slogans and high hopes to actually reaching. They have learned that transformation happens when we see the unreached as Jesus sees them and when we make revival a part of our lives rather than an event. This is the full picture of revival culture.
