The purpose of this book is to lead by being an example to others. I survived two life threatening illnesses and moved forward to achieve and fulfill lifelong goals and refused to settle for a life of quiet mediocrity! Motivation is the key and will propel one to move forward by reaching beyond many of life's difficult challenges and is paramount if one desires to fulfill their dreams regardless of the odds and live for a purpose. This book will demonstrate by using real life situations and visual images of what motivation can look like when faced with extreme adversity. This is very motivational and inspirational in nature and will send a positive message to all ages and backgrounds by giving a message of hope. I survived stage one breast cancer while training to compete in bodybuilding and fulfilled a lifelong dream against what many considered to be impossible odds! Motivation fueled by unstoppable determination enabled me to compete and place in the NPC after surviving two life threatening illnesses. My desire is to pass a dose of motivation onto others so they can achieve a better outlook and quality of life and pass this benefit onto their families.
