Book Description
What is grace? It is said that grace is unmerited favour. Paul said, "Now to him who works, the wages are not counted as grace but as debt" (Rom. 4:4). Therefore we can deduct that grace is the reward or blessing that is given to someone when the person did not work for it. It is grace that brought us from sin to righteousness, from the kingdom of darkness to the Kingdom of Light. The Word of God says, "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the Gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast" (Eph. 2:8-9). We were saved by the Grace of God when we believed in the Lord Jesus Christ and accepted Him into our lives. The Love and Grace of God is seen in what He did for us, in that He raised us up together with Christ Jesus, and seated us together with Him at His Own Right Hand.

Book Description
"MANY OF YOU HAVE BEEN KEPT OUT OF THE KINGDOM OF GOD BY YOUR GOOD WORKS." A startling thought, isn't it? Righteous acts and hard work may be the very things that lock the door to God's salvation, writes D. L. Moody. The faith versus works debate has gone on for two thousand years. Today the confusion continues. How many people, perhaps even you, believe that if they try hard enough, they may be able to escape judgment and receive God's gift of salvation? In God's Abundant Grace, D. L. Moody's words reach forward in time to strip away the layers we've added to God's salvation and lay bare the simple instruction: "To him that worketh not, but believeth to Him,... his faith is counted for righteousness."

Book Description
Explore this stunning quality of God’s grace: It never ends! In this revision of a foundational work, John Piper reveals how grace is not only God’s undeserved gift to us in the past, but also God’s power to make good happen for us today, tomorrow, and forever. True life for the follower of Jesus really is a moment-by-moment trust that God is dependable and fulfills his promises. This is living by faith in future grace, which provides God's mercy, provision, and wisdom—everything we need—to accomplish his good plans for us. In Future Grace, chapter by chapter—one for each day of the month—Piper reveals how cherishing the promises of God helps break the power of persistent sin issues like anxiety, despondency, greed, lust, bitterness, impatience, pride, misplaced shame, and more. Ultimate joy, peace, and hope in life and death are found in a confident, continual awareness of the reality of future grace.

Book Description
Excerpt from Abundant Grace: Selected Addresses All who heard him, must have been profoundly impressed by his intense zeal for the honor of Christ, and by his tender yearn ing for the souls of men. Nor was his anxiety confined to those who have never made a profession of religion, as it is called, but his concern reached out to the vast multitude that gave no evidence of an experience beyond such a poor and paltry profession. Indeed the latter need to be pitied and prayed for, no less than the former. They are certainly in no less danger, nay, they are in greater danger, because their dread of judgment has been lulled to sleep by an empty form of godliness, from which it is to be feared they will not awake, until startled by the thunder crash of the last day. Many, not few, but many in that day will plead that they have preached and done wonderful works in the name of Jesus, who will meet their plea with the words of doom, 1 never knew you. The most appalling sentence in the Bible is, I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead.
