INTRODUCTION Ethnic and informal entrepreneurship was long-time accused for its lack of initiative and realism to assure satisfaction standards asked by the non-community clientele. This has restrained access to a larger market to these products and services (outputs) from economic players of this sector. With the inputting of contribution and the adaptation of management tools like strategy, it becomes possible to transform these gaps with the opportunity to play at a level playing field or equitable with local entrepreneurs. This is in order to manage such businesses like a project and a project like a business (especially community and development projects). This guide, written in a particular style, presents a proximity approach to take profit of the time to produce quality as a sales pitch. It bases on learning techniques (of the environment and of the profession) and later, on the habilitation by the acquired competencies and, finally, on the affirmation of the action and sensitization of the community. Race is a known fiction—there is no genetic marker that indicates someone’s race—yet the social stigma of race endures. In the United States, ethnicity is often positioned as a counterweight to race, and we celebrate our various hyphenated-American identities. INTRODUCTION Local economies in countries that receive economic immigration and the country of origin of this flux of migration obey the contexts and dynamics that can be put in perspective to create synergies and to operate to the development of these same migrant populations. The informal economy generally presents an abundant offer in sources (type of distribution and types of actors) and is rich in the diversity of references (in products and services) but it confronts itself to a volatile demand or more precisely a random “willing to pay”. The latter justifies itself by the economic environment characterized among other things by a weak consumer purchasing power and a household confidence that does not aim for the purchasing of pleasures but to those dictated by the strict necessity and the weak occurrence of purchasing based on stimuli where the vector is the publicity or the visual presentation of the sample. In these conditions, building an informal business and succeeding is a challenge that star ts with the assimilation of the basic entrepreneurial notions before secondly dwelling on the levers to improve sales, notably by the mastering of the newest declensions of marketing (an adequate promotion of the quality and performance) more adapted to realities of ethnic or informal entrepreneurship and therefore of the community economy. We go towards a rehabilitation of the consumer taken into inertia by the “fear of unemployment” (dead Time) engendering the debt and of the producer taken into attraction by “the comfortable price” (without effort) engendering speculation. INTRODUCTION The philosophy of Lean Intention serves as a basis for informal management, particularly in the decision-making process of what constitutes the Ka of a company, i.e., the whole integrating the dynamics of the vital forces of the members associated with the project or initiative being pursued. This is not a classic management book, still less a canonical one, in that it incorporates notions of spirituality based on the Ka Method and ECO Animism, which value so-called ethnocultural psychic phenomena in socio-economic quests: "Economy through Animism and Spirituality". The aim here is to summarize, for academic purposes, the work on ethnic entrepreneurship undertaken by Consultant Manager and Author Arnaud Segla as part of his professional and business activities in economic and international development, between Canada and Africa. Some excerpts have already been published, but are presented in a different context. Each term has its place and use. Composing a manual to support an academic training course requires specifying from the outset the key terms around which the entire academic content is deployed. Entrepreneurs are strategists who define and pursue one or more objectives through a project for development (exchanges for growth) or communion (sharing through finance) in various fields such as business, politics, religion, military force, culture, etc. The self-employed or liberal professions are economic players who monetize a technical, administrative, manual or intellectual skill according to fees indexed to scales of competence and specialization. Traders, whether in the formal liberal or informal economy, operate by buying and reselling products and services in order to make a profit according to the price trend of a local or international market on which they are positioned. Business people are individuals who identify market needs and provide solutions through innovation, invention, acquisition or adaptation of various resources, with the aim of meeting or exceeding the expectations of their target clientele. In today's world, these individuals have been wrongly and abusively assimilated to the term "entrepreneur", because of the new economic and social stakes involved in the classification or rivalry of the power of civilizations, also known as the world order. All these 4 profiles are, by default, project promoters, with varying degrees of strength or motivation in their initiation, modeling, animation, profitability and productivity. The power of civilizations has already had to be measured by divine knowledge, land holdings, military strength, the extent of trade, scientific knowledge and political power. Now we're entering an era of socio-economic power and bio-ecological preservation... In today's world, competition in a cross-cultural context can take on several dimensions: the social, ethnic, informal and digital economies. Informal industry is often considered the fourth or fifth economic sector (depending on whether information technology is considered before it), after agriculture and mining (primary sector), manufacturing (secondary sector) and services (tertiary sector). The debate is between the place of technology and informality. Thus, the 4 dimensions of an innovative and successful ethnic enterprise born of an adaptation or even improvement of the informal model implies the mastery and recurrent and repeated success of deals from business idea to market launch. Selected materials produced by Title IX Ethnic Heritage Studies Program projects, funded from 1974 through 1978, are evaluated in this catalog. The materials were selected by three panels of evaluators using three areas of criteria: (1) appropriateness for use in learning situations; (2) ethnic authenticity of content, and (3) technical quality for potential dissemination. An introduction describes the purpose of the evaluation project, development of evaluation instruments, selection of panelists who evaluated materials, and process and results of the evaluation. One hundred and two projects (comprised of 438 pieces of materials) are evaluated. These evaluations are organized by state or territory and, within each state or territory, by the institution that received the grant. Headings for each entry include information on the project title and address, name of project director, ethnic group or groups on which the project focused, audience and grade level for the project, the project's subject (curricular) area, the format of the materials developed (i.e., print or nonprint), the amount of funding, the titles of materials accepted, and availability information for each piece of material. The heading information is followed by a description of the project materials. The final and major portion of the entry for each project presents evaluative comments and suggestions made by members of the three panels. Four indexes facilitate use of the analyses--ethnic group, geographic area, subject area, and materials titles. Appendices include evaluation instruments and a list of Ethnic Studies projects.
